If you go in to the HiveManager> Click on the silhouette icon in the top right hand corner> Global Settings> Organizations (left hand side menu, under the Accounts heading)> Check the box next to the Organization that you want to remove> Click on the trash can icon towards the top of the page, next to ADD. If you don't see this option, try logging in as the super user to see if this brings up the option for you.
