Hi Sam,
Unfortunately, my account doesn't allow me to submit case directly with Aerohive.
My purchase was thru Dell and currently working with Dell Support on this issue.

Thank you for letting me know. I checked again for duplicate records but didn't find any. We're going to want to open a support case to investigate further in to this, I've emailed you directly with the steps we need to take to open that case. Please let me know if you have any questions. I got below the screen when onboarding. Managed to onboard 1 unit, but not the 2 in the screen. Thanks.

Thank you for those serial numbers, none of these have conflicting records so you should be able to add them to your HiveManager. If you are still having issues, could you provide a screen shot of the error you see when trying to add them?
