Thank you for confirming that. Do you know what radio modes that phone supports? For instance, 802.11a/n/bg/ac/ax etc? And could you check your Radio Profiles on the APs and tell me what Radio mode you are using currently?

Yes the phone is not able to see SSID completely. Yes i have various other devices that can see and connect fine to the same SSID.

Do you mean the phone doesn't see your SSID as an option to connect to? Do you have any other devices that are able to see the SSID? You could also try running a client monitor on the device to see if the APs are picking up any probes from that client device at all.
