Today I registered a new HiveManager Account. I was successfully using the account however now the password is not being accepted. I have tried to reset the password however the email is not being received. I have checked junk email etc and have confirmed that the email address is receiving email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much, we've set a default password to get you in quickly, I've emailed you what that password is and how to set it yourself once you've logged in. We see the email going out to you from our servers, so I'm not sure why you aren't getting them, but you might need to open a case to look in to that further.

Could you confirm what email address you are trying to send the reset password email to? I can check the email server on our side to see if the email is getting sent out or not once I know what address to check for. If you'd rather share this with me directly, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.
