how can I get location information from the Developer portal? I've emailed Developer.Portal@aerohive.com with the information they requested; is there something that I'm missing?

I've configured the API Data management page with the URL I'm trying to send this info to, but am not getting any data from the webhooks.

Does anyone have this configured with a target that doesn't require an access token? Or am I misunderstanding the point of the access token field in the API Data Management screen?
