Hi,
We have an 8 port Aerohive switch, an SR2208P, that has never been plugged in. We're struggling to get it to connect to HiveManager NG, and my boss has told me it will likely need manual intervention because of the recent certificate change in October. How do we go about getting it updated and added to our NG account? I tried reaching out to support but got nowhere with it.

Try following these steps to update the HiveAgent files:

If you've not already you'll also need to add the serial number of the switch into your HiveManager instance (if a Cloud instance anyway)
