If an AP has a service tag (not all do, APs purchased directly from Aerohive typically do not have a service tag), then it should be visible in the Monitor tab of the HiveManager. If you don't see this listed, try adding the service tag column to the page by clicking the notepad icon next to Update Devices and selecting that column to be displayed.
