My network will only have social networks: whatzap, facebook, instragam and twitter. Mathematically, how many AP230 does it take to connect 17000 users?

The AP 230 has two radios, and each radio can host up to 100 clients in an ideal environment. That would mean you would need about 85 APs to host 17,000 users.
