How many APs and switches can connect (Select or Connect) to Hivemanager ? Do we have any restriction for (Select or Connect) ?

There is no restriction for the number of devices that a HiveManager (Select, Connect, or Classic, online or on premises) can manage. The limitation usually comes from how many devices are covered by the entitlement keys you've purchased (for Select and Classic, Connect doesn't use entitlement keys)

Our entitlement keys cover a number of devices that you will be able to manage in your HiveManager. For instance, if you have a key for 10 devices, and one AP goes bad, you can add a new AP in, take the old one out, and you are still covered under your entitlement key for 10 devices. If you add an 11th device to the network, you would need an entitlement key to cover the new device, otherwise you'll only be able to manage the first 10 devices in your HiveManager.
HiveManager Classic and HiveManager (formerly NG), can come in either an online version, or a version deployed on your own network which we call an on premises HiveManager. Online HiveManager platforms have keys that will expire, and you can buy them in 1, 3, or 5 year increments. On premises HiveManager entitlement keys do not expire, so you would only ever have to renew your support licenses, which would not affect your HiveManager.
There is no difference between a Classic HiveManager online entitlement key and a Hivemanager (formerly NG) online entitlement key, and the same goes for on premises entitlement keys as well.
Does that answer your question?
