Hi,
We connected many iPads using 1 of the auto generated PSK/PPSK keys. The key has now expired and I need to create a permanent Username/Password for the same SSID so the iPads can continue working.
If anybody could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated, as it would be difficult to reconfigure so many iPads.
Many thanks
Craig

Hello, PSK and PPSK are different security levels. PSK uses the same password for all users, while PPSK gives each user their own username and password. Based on your description, I think you're looking for PPSK. The following guide will help you with that set up, depending on the HiveManager platform you are using:
HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com)-https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/PPSK-SSID-Set-Up
HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com)- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/PPSK-SSID-in-NG
Is that what you were looking for?

If you are using HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com), this guide will walk you through that- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/PSK-SSID-How-To
Or if you are using HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com), this guide will help you with that- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/PSK-SSID-How-To-NG

Thank you for the quick help Sam.
Sorry the question wasn't more informative.
The code I used was from a Private PSK-Auto which recently became expired.
I have now successfully created a new Group, with a Local User - Private PSK-Manual, and added it to the Authentication on the SSID.
Thank you for the links they got me got going in the right direction, all is working fine now.
Craig
