Hi,
We mistakenly used the wrong company name while creating a new Connect subscription.
Aerohive can't delete the account because of the fact that it is a free Connect subscription.
The email address that was used to create the subscription is a valid email address that we need in conjunction with the Connect subscription and the company, so it's not possible to just create a new Connect subscription as the email address is already in use.
So how can we change the company name of the free Connect subscription ?

If you go in to the HiveManager> Click on the silhouette icon in the top right hand corner> Global Settings> Account management> Open your user record> you can change the email in use to something else, to free that email address up. Then you would want to register for a new Connect instance with the correct Organization name. Alternatively, if you've purchased support, you can request a Dev Ops ticket be submitted to have our engineers change the name for you on the original HiveManager.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to change the email address and create a new Connect instance with the old email address. This time with the correct company name.
