After you've added the user groups to the PPSK SSID, you'll want to check the box next to "Apply a different user profile to various clients and user groups", add the different user profiles with their different VLANs, then create a new assignment rule that classifies users based on the user group they belong to.
The result will be that all users will connect to the same SSID and once they've entered their credentials they will be assigned to a user profile, and therefore different VLAN, based on the user group they belong to.
