How to create different users groups, separated per VLANs

Hi guys, I have a customer that have connect license and he wants to create different users groups, separated per VLANs. These users would be managed through an external Radius. I need to configure different VLANs according with each group of users and then configure this in a Firewall to control traffic per User, but the thing is that in Connect license, the option to create different VLAN per group is deactivate. Is there another way to do this perfil configuration with connect license?

I do RADIUS authentication with NPS servers.

I have multiple policies that are restricted to only certain AD group, and in that policy I link a VLAN, everyone authenticated through that policy (and thus member of the set group) gets that VLAN.

I do this to get students on a different VLAN from staff.
