What kind of switches do you have. You can query ARP tables for MAC address of the AP in question.

Probably won't help in this instance because of the firmware, but if you're on a later version of firmware (I've only tested on 10.x but may work on earlier versions) and have LLDP enabled if you do a 'show lldp neighbor' it will show the port you're connected to, switch model and various other bits of info. Only found this recently and it may be useful!

Unfortunately we don't have a way to show you that from the APs side. I'm sorry I don't have a more helpful answer.
