Thanks for clarifying, unfortunately we don't have an option like that currently. If you'd like, I'd be happy to submit a feature request to our engineers so they can add this in to future releases? Or if you are using HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com) online you can submit feature requests directly to our engineering team by clicking on the chat bubble icon on the right hand side of most pages in the HiveManager (next to the question mark icon that is also on the right hand side of most pages).

I'll explain better so, to prevent malicious devices from coming in and fixing their IP address on the Wi-Fi network.
They were accustomed to a concurrent platform that had this functionality.
In HM do we've something similar?

Clients shouldn't be able to assign static addresses to themselves, this should be done in your DHCP server, or clients should be using DHCP. It depends on the client device, but in general devices will look for DHCP if they don't have a static IP already set to them. I might be missing something here, could you clarify what kind of devices you're working with and what kind of network they are connecting to without using DHCP?
