How to reset an ap121standalone accespoint with forgotten password?

I've have two accespoints (working standalone) that I want to reconfigure, but I don't know the logins anymore. I tried to reset them via the serial communication but it's asking for a password. The standard passwords aeorhive, Aerohive1 and administrator don't work. thank's for the help in advance.

I've been asking around to see if we have any other options, but unfortunately we don't have any way to get in to the device if we don't know the password and can't reset it.

Thank you for your answer, but I don't have aerohivemanager so I can't use that. Also I tried resetting the accespoints by using the resetbutton and via the serial port, but that didn't work. Is there maybe another way for resetting the accespoints?
