I'm sorry I'm not sure what you're asking here. Are you looking for download access in Hive Community? If that is that case, we would need to see that you've purchased VAD/VAR (partner) support at minimum, or Global Select Support, in order to enable download access for you. If you'd like to email a sales order number to me directly at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I will enable the proper permissions for you.
