If you search for that serial number on the Monitor page, does it come up? If you are using HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com), on the monitor page, you'll want to check the Unmanaged devices tab towards the top of the page. If you could email me the serial number at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can check where it is currently registered for you on our side of things.

No, the AP250 device is not on the Monitor page.

I purchased the device on the internet and want to connect it using Aerohive Connect.



The serial number is: 02501608090798
