I have checked all the settings, pushed what I think are the correct configurations multiple times and I can reserve and IP for the device, however it is not showing that it is active in my DHCP console. I did not set this up initially and am an Aerohive novice-intermediate user. How can I best be assisted with this?

Thank you for that VHM ID. I took a look at the update results for the 250 and it looks like the configuration update is not going through. Could you enable CAPWAP debugs, try a complete configuration update again, wait for that to fail, then pull tech data from the AP and send that to my inbox as well?

I can but the direction link is not similar to my HiveManager application, not sure where to find Global Settings etc.

Would you be able to add me as an external admin to your ExtremeCloud IQ instance? I won't make any changes, I just want to take a look at the settings in use currently and what the AP status is.
