I am unable to view the notifications in the upper right corner. I can select the "Bell" symbol which displays the number of critical and major alarms, but I cannot view these alarms. The Monitor / Alarms is also shows an upgrade symbol.

On HiveManager Connect (the free version) you are unable to see the alarms, hence the upgrade symbols you see.
