Thank you for letting me know. This guide reviews how to manually connect an AP to ExtremeCloud IQ: http://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-Guide-for-HiveManager-NG

If these steps do not help you, I would recommend opening a technical support case so we can work on this issue with you over a phone call.

I will check the article, I created the account in ExtremeCloud IQ, and the AP is using 8.0(something). I am not in the office so I can't double check the minor release, I was thinking there may be a conflict between the AP firmware and the ExtremeCloud.

Which HiveManager platform are you using, ExtremeCloud IQ or Classic? Also, what firmware version is the AP250x using?

This guide will walk you through how to determine which HiveManager you are using, for reference: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using
