Thank you for letting us know. You'll likely need to replace both switches. I would suggest opening a technical support ticket (I've enabled case creation for you in Hive Community now) to request an RMA on both switches. The technicians will have some basic troubleshooting steps to complete, but after that we should be able to replace those switches for you.
