I need to get a serial number unassigned. I get the following message when trying to add it to my hive. "The serial number belong to another VHM in Redirector" How do i go about doing this. I cant open a support case

Please email the serial number to be at communityhelp@aerohive.com and I can get that AP freed up for you.
