Just set the capwap client to the same server name as the working AP.

We did have an issue with a bad update that changed some of the HiveAgent versions and caused disconnected switches. To make sure that isn't what we're dealing with here, could you remove the switch from your device inventory and then re-add it to the HiveManager? If that does not clear things up, would it be possible to set the switch to factory default settings and trying again?

The switch was at one point connected. I'm not sure when it lost connection, but it has been a while. it was not an issue since the main testing etc was for the AP. But now we are wanted to test the functions and reporting of the switch and can't.

When did you first notice the switch was disconnected? Was it connected previously?
