intermediate slowness issue.

Hi Team, I am facing intermediate slowness in network for 10 users , those are connected to vendor ssid. but if they access from different floor then its working fine. 

i checked with tracert to google ip and there are latency observed in problematic floor.

Could you send tech data from an AP on the problematic floor, and tech data from an AP on the floor that is working, so I could compare and let you know if I find any issues? If you'd like to send tech data to me, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.
