Unfortunately the root password isn't something we can give out, you'd want to call in to technical support if you need root access. You can technically configure from the CLI, but the HiveManager Updates will overwrite anything in the CLI that conflicts or is missing, so it's a temporary solution rather than a long term configuration option.
