Is it possible to rename a user? We have dumb IT staff that have misspelled user's names when entering their device PPSK and need to be able to edit the username to correct these errors.

Unfortunately we aren't able to edit the name of users after they are saved. Recreating the user would be the only way to adjust the name. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
