Ah my apologies, made the assumption that you were on the NG/Cloud IQ platform.

Monitor > tick the AP > modify > change the Power (dBm)

I have classic manager. These settings don't look familiar

You can change the TX power of the APs manually: manage > click on the AP (or select multiple and click edit) > configure > interface settings > wireless interfaces > manual tx power to a higher value (if you're able to). However this would increase the coverage cell for all clients not just an individual client and could potentially cause higher interference.

Or, get an AP1130 for outdoor coverage 😉
