I have just updated a BR100 to latest firmware via HiveManager Online. However this one is not coming back up. I am now unable to ping the BR100. Have tried a reset via the pinhole but that has not helped.
Have logged onto the switch and it appears to be going through a loop.

I have checked the switch config and it all looks fine as it matches another port which has a BR100 connected to it.
I have updated many of our BR100's earlier today and last week without an issue (4-5 of them). This one happens to be the second to last one being done.
How can I resolve this?

Your account has purchased partner based support, which means you'll want to open a case through your partner instead of through Hive Community. I've emailed you directly with some contact information in case you're unsure who to reach out to for your partner.

Ok I have got the BR100 in front of me now. However I do not see a console port.
Only ports have is WAN/ETH0, ETH1, ETH2, ETH3, ETH4 & USB plus reset pinhole.
I can see from the lights that it seems to be going in a loop.
I have also tried to open a case but it says I don't have permission to do this. How do I go forward from here?

You would need to be consoled in to the AP, wait for the message that says to hit any key to interrupt the boot cycle, and then support will need to enter the password for you so the TFTP flash can happen.

I guess trying interrupt the boot cycle remotely is hard to do? I am assuming that you have to be physically connected to it? If so I will have to get the BR100 back to IT to be able to do this.
