Looking for some settings recommendations for AP150w in dorm rooms

I am looking for some recommendations on power settings for a Multi-dwelling unit building of dorms. Construction is primarily cinder block. Just installed and initially for testing have set power levels to 2.4ghz-8 and 5ghz-11. I am thinking I need to lower power on these but wondered if anyone had any input on possible similar scenarios and what they are running. Thanks for any input

Do you have an AP per dorm room, or a few in the hallways covering sections of rooms? With an AP in each room you'll likely need to drop the power down to 1 or 2dBm, but with an AP in the hallway covering multiple rooms you'll want to use the Map tabs heat map function to adjust the power levels to find a balance between not overlapping signals and covering the entire area.

To find out if you are overlapping signals (which causes packet damage, which causes slow wifi) you can run the command 'show acsp neighbor' and look for any RSSI values in the -50-0 range. -75- -100 is what we want to see for the RSSI values, anything in the -50's on up is too loud and you'll want to lower the power on the neighboring APs.
