Looking to use SDR to clean up my 5 GHz RF. I get the basics of SDR. What if the 5 GHz band is saturated? Can it take the radio to another state ? I have AP650 operating in dual 5 GHz with 20 MHz channels and DFS channels enabled.

Unfortunately we would only be able to use the 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels allowed in your region (decided by the country code on the device). If the 5GHz channels are all heavily used, you might want consider using 2.4GHz as well as 5GHz.
