Hi all
We recently acquired a client that has Aerohive AP122s at their office. GTAC support helped us remove the APs from the old IT's xiq portal and into a new xiq portal account.
Now the devices are listed in the portal but are all in a DISCONNECTED state.
I'm not sure what the next steps are to get them managed and online in the new xiq account? Do they need to be reset and reconfigured?
We don't have any passwords from the old IT and cant login directly to the APs.

Make sure the serial numbers are (onboarded) in new EIQ
Factory reset the units, they will connect & you can manage them

Are the AP's 'managed' on the new XIQ system? That might be all that is required! This however is assuming the policies, templates, user profiles previously configured on the 'old' XIQ have effectively been copied/configured on the new XIQ instance? OR the policies on the new XIQ system will continue to provide users the same access as they do already. Personally I would contact GTAC and ask exactly what they did and what is required to bring them online in the new instance and ask the question about policies, user PPSK keys etc?
