Thanks. I executed the debug commands and pulled tech data after the reset and after a complete config. The SSID's are not broadcasting. I have sent you the putty log.

Thank you for clarifying for me. That is odd behavior, I'd like to get some logs so we can look in to it further. Could you factory reset an AP, SSH and run the CAPWAP debugs below, then push a complete configuration, wait for the AP to come up, and then pull tech data before you start manually removing/adding APs or using delta configurations?

CAPWAP debugs:

_debug capwap info

_debug capwap basic

_debug capwap stat

These will be erased if the AP reboots. You can also manually disable these at any time by adding "no" to the start of the command; for example "no _debug capwap info".

Getting tech data (depending on which HiveManager platform you're using):

HiveManager Classic-https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/How-to-download-tech-data-in-Classic

HiveManager NG-https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/How-to-download-tech-data-in-HiveManager

Device CLI-https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Collecting-Tech-Data-via-CLI

This guide will walk you through how to determine which HiveManager you are using, for reference: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using

If you'd like to send the tech data directly to me, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.

Thanks Sam. I knew that a complete config will reboot the AP's, but in this case after the reboot the SSID's don't start broadcasting, they just stay silent. I have to remove each SSID and push a delta and then re-add them and push another delta. It's very odd. Any idea what might be happening?

A complete configuration causes the APs to reboot, so they will temporarily stop broadcasting. To push out changes without rebooting, you would need to push a delta configuration out instead. Keep in mind, delta configuration won't work for all changes, larger changes that change the nature of the SSID or how we pass client traffic will require a complete configuration push. There is no harm in trying a delta configuration first, if that is not sufficient for the changes you're making at the time, the delta configuration will roll back and the client traffic will not be interrupted.
