Network policy & radio profile settings for AP load balancing

Would like to clarify that in order achieve ap load balancing, the member APs must be assign to the same network policy? And using the identical radio profile?

Refer to the attached image, to achieve the AP load balancing with the same color of AP, should i create 2 network policy, example NP-Red & NP-Green? [Concern] The load balance policy should not distribute the wireless node to far-end AP.

Thanks for advise..

Noted for the placement of the AP location, the place that I'm going to implement is an open office workspace, the coverage of the wireless network is not critical, where the crowd of the wireless devices may impact the performance of the wireless network. Would you mind to share if there is any document elaborate more on the association of radio profile AP load balancing & network policy.

Load balancing is only recommended if the APs are in the same room (no walls between them). They do also need to be using the same network policy, but location is more important. If the APs are in different rooms, you'd want to adjust the power and allowed data rates to ensure clients are connecting to the best AP for them.
