HMNG 12.8.2.2 on premise suddenly stops showing Client Data in dashboard-view.
TOP-Applications, TOP-Usage, etc. is empty.
Time settings in VHM and AP are fine, CAPWAP to APs is established.

Would you be able to send me tech data from an AP connected to the HiveManager? I'd like to confirm that the reporting files sent from the APs to the HiveManager that are needed to fill in those reports are getting through (.lpr files). If you would rather send the tech data to me directly, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.
To get tech data from HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com):
Tools> Utilities> Get tech data> Check the box next to the device> Get tech data (blue button at the top of the page this time).
