One AP refused to be managed

i have 26 AP130 who i managed from Extremecloud IQ , only one , i don't get managed.

Hostname stay the same , IP addres also etc . . .

i i look to the connected servers i get

HiveManager Primary Name: ie-cws-10.extremecloudiq.com

In config : CAPWAP Master Host: ie-cwm.extremecloudiq.com

Someone a idea ??

Put the firmware you provided me , now everythings is correct

Take the new hostname and Ip address

You can try the firmware update via the Web UI, but if the AP can't get update files over HTTP 80 you won't be able to give it your network configuration after the firmware is updated.
