If you are able to interrupt the boot cycle when it asks you to hit any key to pause the boot cycle, you'll want to open a technical support case to request a TFTP flash to see if we can get the AP to function properly again. If you are unable to interrupt the boot cycle, you'll want to open a case to request an RMA of the device. The engineer working on your case will likely have some troubleshooting steps for you, but if we can't get the device working again we can get it replaced for you.
