Once connected to the guest SSID, which VLAN are the clients connected? Does a VLAN probe show DHCP availability on that VLAN? Does a Client Monitor show any DHCP traffic between the client and DHCP server? Do you have DHCP relay configured on the upstream L3 gateway?

Sorry AP 250.  When configured they connect to our main WiFI but when we try to connect to mobileGuest it connects but says no internet. Doesn't get an IP. Is this by design or we missing a setting?
