Problems that the CWP appeares everymorning for the clients on the SSiD where we have a CWP enabled

Problems that the users need to approve the CWP every morning before they get internet access (many of those are not redirected to the CWP either) on the SSiD where we have a CWP enabled.

 

I just want a client to need to approve this once and then it shoudl rememeber this.

 

Possible to arrange? It worked better before e couple of weeks ago because then this almost never happends, but now it's almost everyday for everyone.

 

Please help!

For HMNG > Configure > Enter Network Policy > Wireless Networks > Edit SSID > Additional Settings > Optional Settings > Client Related Network Settings

 

For HM Classic > Configuration > Enter Network Policy > Edit SSID > Advanced > Configuration Settings

So where do I find these settings for the cached duration?

See attached the only settings I have for CWP

I do apologize but that is not a possible configuration. The cache on the APs for client data needs to be recycled or else the AP will experience issues. There is no cloud database that stores client data permanently. You can extend the time of the cached client data within the Additional Settings of an SSID but they will need to accept the policy again once the cache has cleared.

Nothing have been adjusted in the policy/settings. But Aerohive upgrade the portal several times/month.

We wan’t the CWP to show a GDPR message, so no self registration or open ssid for us. But we just wont the guests/customers need to approve this once for all.
