Dear All,
Can we just let the Guest WIFI be much more simpler as no longer username is required but only a random password to access a SSID?
Can we assign a person (Like reception guy) have the only permission to generate the Guest random password directly?
Please kindly advise the step / KN to do this if any.
Thanks!

That would still use a username, but not one the end user necessarily needs to know. We also don't have rotating PPSK in NG like we did in Classic. I did forget we have the generate option within the user creation screen to make random passwords, so we could accomplish that part, but it's still a manual creation process for the Guest Manager unless you use the bulk creation option when making users. But overall you're right, we could generate new PPSK users at will, and you could configure a guest manager who can make and distribute these credentials, these guides can walk you through this process:
To create the Guest Manager: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Guest-Management-Account-in-NG
To create a PPSK user group: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/PPSK-SSID-in-NG
All that said, I see we have tagged this post as Connect, and Connect doesn't have PPSK. You can also only have one internal admin and one external admin at a time, which would make the guest manager part tricky.

Couldn't this be performed with a single rotating PPSK that is emailed to the receptionist?

Unfortunately that is not an SSID model that Aerohive offers, but I would be happy to submit this as a feature request for you if you'd like?
