RADIUS Attribute Minor Alarm

Hi, I'm getting the following minor alarm in hivemanager and cant figure out why:

"The auth module cannot locate the user profile for RADIUS attribute 888"

I dont have this attribute assigned to a user profile and cant figure out what is trying to use 888 and why... Any pointers would be welcome.

We havent yet upgraded to NG, still on Classic and are running VA on prem.

The attribute comes from either the user profile (doesn't always have to match the VLAN so you'd want to open them all and check) or the Radius server. If you're using the HiveManager to host your users instead of an AD, check the user group for the local users you made, there is an attribute in there too that needs to match the user profile.

If you can open a case, support will help you find it, but those are the only three places I know about. If you're really stuck you could rebuild. Then if you still get the issue you can be sure it's not in the aerohive config and look at the radius config.

Thanks for getting back to me Georgia. Were using both an external RADIUS server and Hivamanager AD for certain users etc. but ive checked all user groups and none have 888 user attribute. Just cant figure out why its trying to use it...
