Hi guys,

I reached out to the owners tonight to ask them to release from their cloud. I would like to ask you as well in case they don't get around to it. I have attached proof of my purchase and communication to the old owners.

Hi Chuck, thanks for reaching out here and for providing that screenshot. I'll need to get permission from the original owners before I can remove the old records for this device. I've reached out to them just now, and as soon as I hear back from them I can free this device up for you.
