On Hive manager One of the AP shows error :
no report statistic period

I have already follow the suggestion but doesn't help :

Hello,
This disables the statistic period interval to report at. If we SSH to the AP, and try to input that command, we can see how to set it:
AH-017580#report statistic period ?
<number> Enter the time interval (Default: 10 minutes; Supported: 1,
5, 10, 30 or 60 minutes)
I have 6 APs all has same configuration but only this one is showing error.
I have already reboot the APs but doesn't help.
could you please suggest resolution.
regards
kabita

Hi Sam,
thank you for your reply.
We have lots of user connecting to this AP.
But I will go back to the customer with your suggestion.
I will come back to you.
Just curiosity, is their any alternative you suggest ?

To update we'll want to be on the Monitor Page and you'll want to click on the checkbox next to the AP> Update> Update devices, and choose the complete configuration option. This will need to reboot the AP.

I have compare the configuration with other APs , its all same no different.

Thank you for that screen shot. That audit is telling you that there is a difference in the configuration within the HiveManager and on the AP. Those commands you seen when viewing the audit are the commands the HiveManager needs to send to the AP so that they are in sync. Could you try pushing a complete configuration to the AP to see if that clears the audit?
