Existing users in the same user group can connect to the ssid.
If I delete an existing user and create it again, it is also no longer possible to connect. So I can limit the problem to newly created users in the cloud. Locally created users work without problems. Users created a few days are able to connect.
I also have the problem on a newly created HiveManager.
The IDM certificate is valid and has already been renewed.
The following entry can be seen in the Authentication Logs: SSID-Configuration-Incorrect.
Is there currently a problem on the hivemanager cloud instance?

Not that I've heard of. Would you be able to enable auth debugs on the CLI of the AP, replicate the failed login, and then send tech data and the MAC address of the test client to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com?
