SR2208P Switch - Cannot authenticate with given CA certificate. Switch has been upgraded manually to 1.1.29.0

I've just performed the upgrade to the hivemanager application, upgrading it to 1.1.29.0 but I am still not seeing the switch connect using the show hivemanager status command.

Instructions followed were from the https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Updating-Hive-Agent-Firmware using the "If Hivemanager is already installed" section. After the switch failed to connect the first time I performed a restart of the switch but am receiving the same issue. Is anyone able to assist with where to go next please?

If that doesn't get the switch connected for you, you might want to open a technical support case so they can troubleshoot further with you.
