I changed it to another server this morning. I applied the policy; resent the config to an AP and then the syslog server started showing the information from the AP.

@Gerald Moody​  I do not believe HiveManager has the option to forward syslog messages. Techs can correct me if I am wrong. The syslog settings in HiveManager Classic and NG pertain to Access Points.

I have a port monitor on the switch that the hive manager is connected to because I thought the syslog information was going to come from it. Tomorrow I will put one on an AP and see what Wireshark gets. I will let you know first thing tomorrow.

Depending on your syslog implementation I would start with a packet capture to make sure packets are being sent by APs and received by syslog server.
