Hello,

I have an Aerohive AP121 that I would like to add to my VIQ but it's showing up under a different VIQ. What do I need to do to get it switched?

The S/N is 12114041500060

This happened since the previous staff configured them and I have no more data.

We do have an on premises ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot option, but the free version of ExtremeCloud IQ (Connect) is strictly cloud based. You can manage some very basic things like the firmware and admin passwords on the Web UI of the AP, but for any configuration, data collection, or general management of the AP you'll need one of the ExtremeCloud IQ options. 

I've emailed you directly with instructions on how to get the firmware you need for your AP 121. 

This guide reviews how to register for the free version of ExtremeCloud IQ, called Connect, just incase you're interested.
