I've seen you very helpful on these kind of problems, so here is mine: I've bought AP's on eBay for our school (since the district decided to use Aerohive, but they are slow in getting things done and we need a solution for the meantime). Sadly they are still registered to their original owner, so I contacted the seller, but he didn't even answer, just refunded the money. I now have the option to just dump them, but before I do that, I kindly ask to reach out to the original owner and see if they will free the devices. Here are the serial numbers:
