Hi support,

I'm trying to add an AP340 to my ExtremeCloudIQ account however I'm getting the following message:

34011072700250 The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.

If you are aware of and have access to the XiQ instance that this AP previously belonged to, log in to that account and remove the device from inventory. If you don't have access to or don't know what XiQ instance this device currently belongs to, please contact Extreme Networks GTAC for further support
