Transferring entitlement keys from Hivemanger on premise to NG

Hi,

When migrating entitlement keys from HM on premise to HMNG I get following error:

License Server Error: The dates specified in this entitlement key are invalid

Though my keys are still valid until next year.

Since on-prem uses perpetual licensing and NG (cloud) is subscription based, we had to up our licenses.
